Deciding & Signing
You'll sign our contract, pay your invoice, and book your Asana VIP Day! You'll also hear me call this our Live Call, which refers to the 1.5-2 hour call we'll have in the morning of your Asana VIP Day.
Onboarding Questionnaire & Pre-work
A few days before our Asana VIP Day, you'll complete an Onboarding Questionnaire. With the information you share, I'll build out 90% of your project before our actual VIP Day.
Your Asana VIP Day!🤩
Your Asana VIP Day is finally here! We'll have our Live Call (1.5-2 hours) in the morning where I'll teach you everything you need to know about Asana and your newly organized systems. After the call, I'll record video tutorials for you to reference and you'll get your offboarding email by the end of the day!

As you're getting up and running with Asana, I'm available to answer any questions you might have during the first seven days. I want to make sure you have everything you need to fully implement your new systems!

Investment begins at $597 for an Asana VIP Day. More complicated projects (e.g. you have two businesses) will be quoted higher. The add-on support package is $257 for 4 weeks of support.
Yes! I offer 50/50 payment plans. Once the project has been paid in full, you will receive a scheduler to book your Asana VIP Day and officially get on my calendar.
I am available to answer any questions via email for seven days after your Asana VIP Day. If you think you may want extra support - forming routines and habits, answering questions, problem solving together, planning additional projects, and quicker response time via Slack - you may want to consider my add-on support package.
This is SO common! Yes, Asana is "technology" but it is not a complicated system to learn. During our Live Call, I'll teach you all of the Asana basics and you'll have plenty of time to ask questions. I will record video tutorials (of your specific Asana systems, not a generic one!), which you'll be able to reference as you're learning to use Asana. Finally, I provide seven days of support after our project is complete. If you think you would like more support, you may want to consider my add-on support package.
Short answer: it's free! Like many software companies out there, there's a free version and a paid version. I have only set up clients with the free version; it really has everything you need! I only recommend the paid version if you have more than 10 people on your team who will be using Asana.
